- Booking and service details: event or venue information, package selected, and related instructions.
- Payment information: transaction amount, status, and payment reference. Card and UPI details are collected and processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
- Photographs and session media: images, prints, GIFs, or other media captured at a Pixora photobooth, including optional overlays or branding.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide photobooth services, print photos, and share digital copies where offered;
- process payments, invoices, refunds, and related customer support;
- communicate about bookings, service issues, and policy updates;
- comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect our venues, partners, and guests;
- improve our website, booths, and customer experience.
Photographs taken at photobooths
Guests who use a Pixora photobooth choose to capture photographs. Those images are used to print on-site copies and, where the guest or venue opts in, to share digital copies. We may retain session images for a limited time to complete printing, sharing, quality checks, and dispute resolution, after which they may be deleted in the ordinary course of operations.
Venue or event partners may receive copies where that is part of the agreed service. Guests should not capture images of people who have not agreed to be photographed.
Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- payment gateway providers, solely to process transactions and prevent fraud;
- venue, hospitality, and event partners who host a Pixora photobooth, as needed to deliver the service;
- service providers who host our website, store files, or support operations, under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities when required by applicable law or to protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. The gateway's privacy and security practices apply to card, net banking, wallet, and UPI data that you enter on the payment page. We receive confirmation of payment success or failure, an order or payment reference, and the amount paid.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Cookies
